Final Step coaching format is based on a boot camp fitness style of fitness.  We will teach you how to correct and repair your metabolism without killing yourself at the gym.  Most gyms offer personal trainers who stand and watch you work on machine after machine counting reps.  Our apporoach is to teach you techniques that strengthen the core, sculpt your physique and burn unwanted fat using your own body weight. Also, teaching functional moves  to prepare your body for the real world. You will look better in your clothes, feel better and your body will be strong enough to take on your day to day tasks.
